Game of two halves-- may have been a different result without the sending off and the conversion at the end. Bristol look vulnerable listening to the game yesterday.

Conceding an early try in each half was disappointing but huge credit to the squad for the fight back . A very positive performance considering the 5-6 experienced players we were missing. Looking forward to the visit of Bristol and I'm sure the boys will want to put in another good performance.

Agree, P15. Several of our most experienced men missing at the moment and the young team almost snatched a win at one of the toughest teams in the league.

The boys put on a good show. I thought our no 6 and no 8 (2new boys) played superbly and put in some big hits. I think we can look forward to a good season

It was, generally a great shift from the Pirates. The players were visibly frustrated at the end not to have won. So much to take from that match. The future is very bright indeed.

I think we all accept that, without the new stadium, we don't have a long term future at this level. We simply can't get enough people to come to The Mennaye. If only we could get the average crowd of over 2,000 that Bedford get. I don't know why people won't come, but they don't.
If only we could get the stadium built, the sky is the limit, but we are in the hands of Cornwall Council - God help us!

Briss fan here ... looking forward to a weekend in Cornwall, although not that confident about the result considering our previous visits and last weeks no show from our "superstar" team. I really do hope you get that stadium one day. Should be a few making the journey so get plenty of ale in !!

Always good to see Bris and the traveling support. Should be a great day whatever the result. Enjoy your trip.
