Great result for Jersey, beating LI 17-14. We can definitely do the same when they come to The Mennaye!

Brilliant result for Jersey, always on the cards that this might be a banana skin for them.

This is shaping up to be a very interesting season. The top 6 have broken away from the rest and the top 2 have both been beaten in the last week. The loss at home to Bedford was very disappointing but our next two league games, which take us to the halfway point, are against the bottom two.
Irish, Ealing & Jersey still have to come to the Mennaye.
All great stuff.
Unfortunately for a few weeks we have to put up with an entirely meaningless cup competition.
Never mind, the Newlyn Steak Club hoodies have arrived today.

Don't believe the BBC results service - notoriously inaccurate. When Jersey beat YksCarn a few weeks back, they scored 5 tries, but 6 try-scorers were listed by BBC, with Penberthy credited with 7 conversions!! He had a good game yesterday, helping manage the game in the second half and having a key role in an amazing try from behind the goal-line, but didn't score, other than a last-kick conversion...

Believe it mate and Pirates will beat them as well. Jersey are on a good run of form but there is nothing between the mid table sides and they can all beat the big boys - Irish and Ealing- on their day. One of them is still likely to go up this year but give them nowt and make them work for every point.
