Oh dear, if found guilty what action could be taken, a 3 match ban perhaps, or worse still the match forfeited!! Anyone know?

Sounds like he'll get a ban. Shame if it happens as he's been brilliant this season.

There is no chance of the match result being overturned.
It will depend on evidence available, the area where contact is made and any mitigation. The top end for contact with the head is I think 12 weeks but there is usually a reduction for a guilty plea and a clean disciplinary record.
Any ban will be tough as Toby has been fantastic this season and his work rate has been outstanding. There is cover as Danny Cutmore has really stepped up in the last few weeks and Josh Caulfield can also play in the 2nd row.

What has happened to our elusive Georgian? Is he still around?

Just been looking on the RFU (England Rugby) site, can't find any mention of the Toby Freeman's Citing or any Disciplinary judgment. Only thing I can see on there is the Alex Schwartz judgment from a few weeks ago. Does this mean that there was no case to answer or does it mean that he was found not guilty of punching, or does it mean that he wasn't actually cited?

According to the Championship Twitter feed, Toby has been suspended for four weeks (presumably from the date of the hearing), and is available again from March 5th.
By my reckoning he will miss the next two fixtures against Ealing and the away match at Nottingham, but will be back for Jersey.
Any news at all on our elusive Georgian second row?
