The hall of fame addition ,along with the heritage piece, gives lots of snippets of information about the club past and present.Well done to whoever added these pieces to the website.

Great information from JW and JB. Maybe a few additions to the list. Fangatapu Apikotoa and Pila Fifita from Tonga and Scott Morgan, Barry Davies, Matt Jones and Wayne Evans from Wales? Okay. I don't think Fifita, Morgan, Davies, Jones or Evans played for their countries while at Cov, but did Gaston Mieres?
Never the less, that list shows what a marvellous pedigree Cov has had in the past, and with last season, half a dozen players representing England Counties, the future looks good.

Titchywinger, none of those mentioned played for their countries while at the club. Gaston did (and came back injured!).

Good to see this new section.
Just one small issue - I could have sworn the famous Barbarians match in Cardiff in 1973 was against the All Blacks??

Rob C is correct. Dave Duckham did play v All Blacks and not Springboks in 1973.
Great to see this section added to the official site.
No doubt there will be additions to it as we go along.
Well done John W and JB in compiling the info.
Would be great to see the boards at the club updated.
Neither J Gray nor Jim Broderick gained full England caps - great servants though they were.

Did J Finlan gain caps as a Coventry player?

As well as playing in the legendary Barbarians-NZ game in 73, Duckham played in the Barbarians-S.A. game in 1970. It was at Twickenham, and he scored a superb try.

Finlan won all his 13 caps as a Moseley player.
