Following the beating they took today at London Irish, Hartpury cannot get past Cov, neither of course can Richmond.
You have to feel with the two games each left, Hartpury with 1 point more, look more likely to stay up. I take no pleasure from saying that ! And, I hope I am wrong.
Interestingly, the opponents for both in one of those matches each have left just happens to be London Scottish - Richmond's co tenants.

My opinion on this is that I really hope Richmond manage to stay up. They are a genuine rugby club and doing well on their resources, in as much as any team is genuine!. My view on Hartpury is that a nominal second team for Gloucester, Bath and Bristol or at least a team using dual registered players from these teams is not right and proper. Of course if Hartpury were in National One the players would be less suitable to step up to the Premiership if and when required by the above mentioned teams. So it is in the Prem teams interests to keep Hartpury in the Championship. Well this is my interpretation of the situation and I would be happy to be corrected by anyone with a more considered view.

I was talking to some Moseley fans about Hartpury. They said Hartpury turned up at Moseley in the Gloucester first team coach.

My reply was, "Probably because more players were travelling from Gloucester than Hartpury."
