Exeter supporters flapping already?
Seems there are those who are panicking about what dual reg players Nottingham are going to field against them in their opener this weekend. Can't see what they are worried about as the six nations is on this weekend and there probably won't be as many available to Nottingham as normal.

They will therefore have a better chance of beating them away than the rest of their group in my opinion.

They are so quick to catch on the Chiefs supporters (Sm154)They have now seen how unfair how DR (Sm22)is when a team like ALBION manage within a small budjet and do not sign up to DR(Sm152)But there again we are the poor cousin down the road(Sm23)Who was last to the party (Sm60)But beware of the family gatherings for we know there is always an upset(Sm61)

Come on the Boyz(Sm152)(Sm152)(Sm152)(Sm152)(Sm152)(Sm152)

I though Chuffs had a couple of DRs.

from Thisisplymouth

"Only four clubs – Plymouth Albion, Cornish Pirates, Bristol and Doncaster – are reported not to have any."

Re: Exeter supporters flapping already?
so its okto have dr players but when you play the cry baby chuffs you cant use them typical, still they could always hope for a frosty pitch or even to save money play one game and make it winner takes all (or perhaps not )
i say deal with it we have had to all season and still will in the play offs.

I agree with first poster. If we cant beat Notts tomorrow it wont be a great start but you can still win with 2 loses.

I will be surprised if we dont win tomorrow but it wont be the end of the world - or will it?

Re: Exeter supporters flapping already?
Lets get this correct for my Chief friends on here. Scoreboardender is not the one bleeting on about Dr players, Albion never complained about the frosty(Sm24) pitch(in fact Albion like it cold read the reaport about the Scotish game(Sm22)) and Albion were not so cocky as to put there whole season into one game with a weakend side and expect to win like you did last season. Also if you have DR players in your squad you can not then throw your toys out of the pram(Sm36) when someone does the same. Now your mainstand is very impressive but has lots of glass so becareful throwing stones(Sm22)

To your other question how old is Scoreboardender the last time his wooden legs were replaced the rings in the wood put him at no one knows for shore, one leg was made in 1875 and the other was made in 1876. Some say that the first leg was made form a goal post that belonged to Plymouth RFC 1875 and the second from a goal post that belonged to Devonport Albion RFC 1876. However no one was brave enough to ask about the third leg(Sm22) but rumour has it it was around 1915confused smiley

Re: Exeter supporters flapping already?
i will take that as a compliment as i have been called a lot worse, and put it down to the fact that you really didnt mean what you said and get personal,as perhaps you may have been a bit annoyed by what i said? about the chuffs, but like i say the truth hurts.so no need to apologise about the personal remarks, but at the end of the day to quote another one of your posters its only friendly banter.but if you feel like you want to get personal then two can play at that game.

have a good day

Scoreboardender - I asked how old you were as your posting sounded a bit, ummmmmm...immature, I genuinely wondered whether you were a schoolboy on here larking around when you strung phrases together like "when you play the cry baby chuffs".

Never mind, your whitty fella from down under enlightened me with his lengthly post.

Well done on saturday by the way.

Thats precisely why I congratulated you; you came out of a close encounter with a losing bonus point - which is a darn sight more than we got from our game.

Good luck with the rest of your games - I hope we meet you along the way.
