Should the Six Nations have relegation?

A little off topic, but should the Six Nations have a relegation/promotion system?

Georgia have won the "European Championship" (the next level down) almost every year for a decade or so. I was there when they beat Russia two years ago in front of a 55,000 home crowd.

At least consider a playoff system?

Currently the "second tier six nations" are:

Georgia, Russia, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Romania.

Over the last 10 years Georgia have won the title 8 times and Romania twice.

Many Georgian players currently play for French teams, but there is a local competition.

Why Georgia (which hasa relatively small population)? Because there is a tradtional Georgian game called Lelo which is a little similar to rugby. The Georgian team is called "The Lelos"

I would like to see promotion and relegation as Italy seem to have stagnated and perhaps it's time to give another team a chance.
