Reffed the Wasps v Quins game recently, looked a bit overwhelmed by it in the first half but I liked the way he marched both teams back 10 for back chat!
Never officiated at SP or any Chiefs games?

When I watched that game I though I'd seen more of him than the 8 games stated above.

But I have to admit I'd like to see more marching 10 metres for disrespectful back chat.

Listening in on ref mic shows just how much players moan at the ref mostly in relation to the breakdown or scrum. How much of this is necessary, when the player feels the ref is missing infringements, or how much is kidology, I don't know.

I thought ref Craig M-K handled Wasps players constant moaning a couple of weeks ago, really well, by simply telling them what he wanted to see from them first and then he would judge the Chiefs player.

No offence intended towards Andrew, but, this is 2nd v 4th. I wonder if it had been different teams the RFU would assign a more experienced referee?
