Break between fixtures

Quite something that in today's age where player welfare is supposedly paramount that Wasps are expected to play on Friday night in Ulster after playing at Sarries this afternoon.
I hadn't noticed that the same problem will affect us when we play away to Montpelier on Sunday week and then away to Sale the Friday after! Ridiculous and to make it worse Sale have their Challenge cup game against Lyon on the previous Friday so they have an extra two days rest.
With Rugby today being such a high impact game 4 days rest between games is not acceptable imo.

Could be worse you could be travelling to the Southern Hemisphere to play at altitude, before flying back overnight Sunday to arrive on Monday mid morning back in Glasgow before travelling to SW England 4 days later. Good that there is a week between games but.....

Getting the excuses in early.(Sm103)

And donít get me started on the ridiculous timings of the games 7.30pm on a Saturday and 5.30pm on a Sunday, talk about the graveyard shift! Being the reigning English Champions counts for nothing to the TV schedulers!

Well thatís the best excuse I have heard for a 7.30 ko! We have a dinner date so will have to record the game and hope we donít hear the result!
