I have always loved the way that we embrace diversity in Rugby. We are a fine example to other sports. I really enjoyed watching the Women's England Team.

Isn't it time we had an Exeter Chiefs Women's team? We have the links with the university so should be able to assemble a decent team. The sport certainly appeals to lady spectators.

Has it been considered in the past?

The Chiefs are already running a women's team at Exeter College, only started last season

It would be good to hear about it - do we have national aspirations?

Would I be correct in thinking this team must be 16-18 year olds only then?

They need to sign up the young lady who took on Derrick the Otter
at the Chiefs V Quins game. She looked good!

I think he made her look good tbh. He has lost a yard or two of pace, and his positional awareness is, quite frankly, not up to scratch.

There are plenty of good young Otters out there, time for a change.

He seemed pretty complacent to me, until she hit him like an exocet missile. Best performance against Derek of all times. She's a legend!

Heading back towards the title of the thread, almost, Ex Uni have a womens team. I believe they are currently 2nd in the BUCS league behind Hartpury.

Also, linky to Exeter College site:

Please don’t advocate Chiefs attracting young otters. You’ll be accused of leading to there being too few young otters turning out for their local teams!
