Some good rugby but we are being turned over because
A. The Geordies are good at it
B. We are being naive and going too far isolating ourselves
C. We are not clearing out well, Moray Low for one can do better

Hope Devoto gets his confidence back...his passing has been poor...

Anyhow plenty of time to go lets see more of shorty and Cordero...

Great shift in the second half by the pack. Innard seemed to get his radar back and Dennis helped him out by taking a fair few line outs.
Nearly blew it at the end but Hodgson’s kick didn’t quite have the legs.

Come on you Chiefs!

Great pack performance, great to see Dennis back, Kvesic awesome. That wee man O’Flaherty was so solid in defence. Cordero is special, contract please! Joe is on a high. Happy days, off to Gloucester...

Yep fair play to X by improving the lineout and competing better at the breakdown we did turn it round....probably a good shout if we chose to play into the wind first half
Thought,of course, Simo was excellent but Townsend was very good, Kvesic was a menace and Salmon added some ballast.
Westcountry Derby next Sunday - ideal

Great turnaround second half, very well played lads.
Some good shifts in the pack certainly and they deserve the biggest plaudits but as mentioned above some really solid defence in the backs especially when you consider the menace that Newcastle have on each wing. Nobody shirked their responsibility when Sinotti especially had the ball!
Good job lads and fully justified the selections made

Good win given the relatively short time our team would have played so little together. Thought Jack Innard had a really good game and his darts weren't as bad as the lineout made them appear at times.

Cordero's try was worth my ticket price alone, amazing stuff, and shame he couldn't find another chance. Impressed with courage of O'Flaherty tackling some big fellows down his channel. The pack seemed to have total control of the scrum as well. Biggest challenge was in the back row where Falcons were very strong. An exciting game which went our way in a fantastic second half. The wind was also our ally at the end holding out the falcons penalties!

Fantastic result considering the team we put out won’t have played too many times together as a unit.

Great second half showing, with every player contributing. A fair few have certainly put their hands up for first team selection..

Kvesic seems to be finding some form and could be the answer to our break down troubles in the Prem.

We must find a place for Dennis. IMHO his experience and leadership will be invaluable if we are to win the Prem again. Given the strength of our back row I would like to see us play him at lock, where he partnered Parling in last year’s Prem semi and final.

Cordero could be the bit of magic to ignite out back line. Imagine him tracking the shoulder of Slade.

On to next week. I hope the coaches stick with more or less the same team. I’d back them to go and win it. And if they do they should be rewarded with places in the Prem team to give them a shake up.

Great win - complete dominance in the scrum second half great experience for Innard.
For me Kvesic and Holmes my MOM but great team effort all round.

Maybe true, but for that last penalty, the grandstand flags were motionlessly hugging their poles. Great performance from 'tomorrow's heros' ... and a few seasoned heros too!
