Bears done / Bulls on the horizon...

By all accounts a full squad put in an excellent performance against Coventry Bears and the final scoreline was a very respectable and close 18 - 28. So whilst another loss in the record books, a huge improvement on recent weeks and good to see for followers of the game in South and West Wales. The benefits of a full set of interchanges and more traditional conditions may have helped too!

The season is entering it's final phase and WWR have some very interesting fixtures coming up, two at home, two away, but three in Wales!

02/09/2018 North Wales Crusaders v West Wales Raiders - 2.30pm

09/09/2108 West Wales Raiders v Bradford Bulls at Stebonheath 3pm

16/09/2018 West Wales Raiders v Keighley Cougars at Stebonheath 3pm

23/09/2018 Newcastle Thunder v West Wales Raiders - 3pm

Bradford lost for the third time in the league this season against Workington at Odsal, so will be even more determined than ever to win all their remaining games as the battle at the top with York goes to the wire.
