I love the fact that Flo missed his team's win at Watford last month because he was enjoying the pre-match meal and watching two of his former clubs lock horns at ODP. Now that's commitment!

Amazingly 5 ex London Welsh youth players in the starting line up. Chris Carns ex London Welsh Griffin player also gets his turn to start ahead of club stalwart Ben Cullen at hooker. Impressive second row Thomas Baldwin is unavailable so versatile forward Ollie Smart steps up to second row, amazing S&C work from Ollie. Jon Shankland and Rhys Davies do not pass fitness tests and Rory Noble starts at full back.

Good luck guys #COYW #LWFamily

Always find actonians very good at spoiling/slowing down ball suits the narrower than normal pitch if memory serves right. Also one of my favourite clubs to visit.

That was businesses like performance on a cold November up against Autumn internationals.

Several rolling mauls creating tries from Cai Griffiths and three for hooker Chris Cairns. But nice to see a length of the field try created by impressive centre Ben Francis. Man of the match was centre Rhys Howells and there was first team debuts for back row Gareth Morgan.

A good win for the 2nd XV away at Twickenham Development showed strength in depth of the squad.

It was also great to see all the players coming back to the clubhouse and having a social sing song and drink.

Looking forward to Royston now.
