Dummy runners/blockers

I’ll start by saying the best teams won this weekend.

But is it just me or are dummy runners now acting as illegal contact blockers now ,thus disrupting defences by physically contacting defenders off the ball .?

In some moves it happens 2 or three times in one move,so quickly and off the ball that refs seem to not notice or worse think it’s ok ?

Large gaps are created to allow the eventual ball carrier to slip though ala American Football .

I've just been watching Irish v Worcester, and JP Doyle has given three penalties for blocking where the support player has been in front of the ball carrier. So I'm guessing that it's something that's been picked up by the powers-that-be and the officials are being told to look out for it.

Agree 100 per cent about the better teams winning yesterday but another thing that concerns me is that the team in possession at the ruck seem to be able to dive off their feet over the ball blocking the way for defenders, something Ireland did to good effect. This isn't sour grapes because it is pretty widespread.
