Competitive for first 65 minutes. Ealing then stepped up the intensity and Bedford couldn't stay with it. Ealing are where they are because they are well funded, well trained and pragmatic. Bedford gave them a tough time for a good part of the game so Ealing settled for four points rather than forcing the five and possibly jeopardizing their lead.
Nottingham and Scottish should be within our sites, notwithstanding they are away games. Pirates may be a bit of a handful away as will Leeds at home.
It would be nice to end the season with a bang rather than a whimper.
The crowd was disappointing whether because there is no competition or because of Bedford form this season or a combination is difficult to determine. Won't help the Club finances with a knock on effect on next season?
