For a change we will have actual match days announced for the first six rounds rather than just weekends. That means we can actually start planning.

Can't wait.

Second half of the season is full of tough away games and home games against teams like LI and Sale that the Falcons didn't win last year, but need to win this season. Season ticket holders are getting one fewer game for their money.

Some nice away trips to start the season.

Looks like the first away game against Saints will be at Milton Keynes as FG will still be a building site:

Quote:
Furthermore, the tight building schedule means that the contractors cannot guarantee that the stadium would be fully ready and tested in time for the opening home match of the season. Therefore, following the successful ‘Best of English’ occasion in Milton Keynes in March, the management of stadiummk has made the Rugby World Cup venue available to help the Saints, subject to further discussions. Relevant announcements will be made in due course.

Leicester away on Boxing Day! Guess our run of Christmas home games had to come to an end sometime.

For a season ticket holder who for the last few years has spent Christmas between Coventry and Leicester, that is actually a positive!!!

Always an exciting time when the fixtures come out. Agree with Deano that the start is a good one for us. It would obviously be great to get off to a fast start and I will say that we will against Gloucester.

Am backing the boys all the way!
