BBC Newcastle will bring you full match commentary of the Newcastle falcons v Dragons in the European Challenge Cup from Kingston Park on Saturday 14th October 2017. Ian Smith will be joined by former Senior RFU Coach Ian Stafford and Man of Northern Dean Gray.

With the round ball game being back the rugby is relegated to just being on-line via the BBC Rugby Website. The link will be [www.bbc.co.uk] and just follow the links to the BBC Newcastle commentary

The phone-in went down very well after the Exeter game so I wouldn't be surprised to see it return as the season rumbles on.

As an aside, were looking at getting the BBC Newcastle commentary on the fan radios for our Premiership non-BT games. Well let you know if the technology works as the fan radios really do add an extra dimension to match days

Hi, the Premiership fan radios, as the name suggests, are just for Aviva Premiership games.

I'd rather listen to what the ref has to say, rather than listen to the commentators tell me the ref has got it wrong every game... ;-)

Really love the ref link, it's brought a whole new dimension to the game for me.
