BBC and Anglo Welsh Cup

I have noted that the BBC provides no match reports on the AW Cup. Nothing for either round so far. Does anyone know why? Seems very odd as it involves the same teams that they do report on in the Premiership and the Welsh regions.

Probably because even those of us who are interested in rugby find the pointless cup almost irrelevant....

The group games are really there just to keep sides fit in international weekends. It is only of passing interest at knockout stage.

Now if we have a truly English knockout competition with Premiership sides limited in first team players, one could see predominantly academy/'A' sides given a good run by other clubs. Would be really good to see.

I know there are mixed feelings about the cup but it is still very odd that they don't mention it at all. Premiership teams and Welsh regions both reported on in their primary competition but not in the cup. I think it is more how the bbc view rugby as less of a priority. It took them until Sunday afternoon to update the table after our win on saturday for example.
