Can something be done to speed up the scoreboard? There is usually an irritating delay before it registers a score. It gives a bad impression to visitors and annoys me and other regulars. Is a faster digit needed?

While they're on can we get the countdown clock speeded up when we're narrowly ahead near the end of a match? (Sm163)

On Sunday it took 30 minutes for the clock to get from 20 minutes to play down to the last 10 minutes to play

or so it felt like it

Hi Aidan, unfortunately we're tied into a contract with it so we need that to run its course before we can do anything in terms of getting rid, upgrading etc. Rest assured we're well aware of the problem, we share your frustration with it and we're working to see how it can be resolved.

Itís alright Mark
I wasnít being serious.

It would be quicker and better to get a young lad with a set of numbers to put them up.

Anybody remember the old boy in the hut at Rodney Parade? He must have been 80, and in a small hut he had to heave around huge boards with numbers on to change the score. It was more entertaining than the rugby, and it was a good game of rugby too.

Funnily enough the Dragons' electronic scoreboard was also knackered when we played them down there a few weeks back, so there was a bit of 'guess the score' going on in the press box and stands!
