To the question on final spec shirts, retail have sent me the following:
“It was purely that the sevens shirts were made by a uk manufacturer and the colour and logo positioning/sizing wasn’t exact. The shirts we have played in since Nottingham are the correct ones”

Cheers for the explanation Smithy

Hi guys, have ordered the cotton shirt but looks like I may need to wait until Oct for that, in the meantime was contemplating buying one of the away kits. Has anyone bought one of the tech style shirts? Do they have the Gallagher premiership patch on the sleeve? What is their general quality like and what do the sizes come up like? Thanks in advance guys

Rafpilot - worth bearing in mind that the sizing seems a bit generous if you’re ordering online. I had to swap mine as it was too big - something I never thought would ever happen :-)

Shame you missed the Edinburgh match!

Thanks toon, good to know, I would have gone the other way and got a size bigger otherwise as the cut of shirts (all , not just ours) seems to be pot luck. I land back in the U.K. the morning of the Leicester game and hope to make it to the match so about to order a couple of shirts.
I had tickets to the Edinburgh game but sadly ended up spending that afternoon trying to teach some US Marines the basics of rugby at Bagram AB that afternoon instead. Hope to catch some of the coverage of the Saracens game online 😊

Contacted the Club shop today regarding possible European shirt for my Toulon trip and was informed that there were no plans to introduce a European shirt this season
