See Fletch and Walts have been sacked in disgraceful style. At a formal dinner, each was asked to leave the room to be told by Dean Ryan (Another Falcon Ocool smiley that they are no longer needed in Under 18 setup.

Galling to be sacked by someone as incompetent as Dean Ryan, canít stand the bloke. Talked the talk and did nowt anywhere.
Really feel for Fletch and Walts. Would happily have them involved with the Falcons if there were roles available

Perhaps that's the problem....

It appears that unless you return results that slowly detioriate you are not following the England coaching path structure.

Clearly the U18 set up's success is embarrassing the rest. It's all a little 'Hot Fuzz' - We're making you Sergeant in Sandford, Gloucestershire .....you've been making all of us look bad .... you'll continue to be exceptional and we can't have that.

Well CCTV footage of the incident suggests you may be right Kwa.

I wonder if Deano would like them up here, involved in the youth set up. Would be outstanding assets if so....

They did excellent jobs with our academy back in the day. Would be great to have them back replicating that.

Replacing Laycock and Ponton who seem to be doing a good job?

I would say in addition, looking to the future would we want to promote coaches from within should Walder and Wells move on. Having quality coaching in depth replicating the Liverpool boot room model would make for smoother transitions.
