I am pleased you chose the Illiad to copy because I am currently reading the Odyssey and wouldn't want any spoilers.

Likewise War and Peace, I’m just getting near the end and wouldn’t want to find out the Butler did it.

At work we make quite a few special things for film & television. Not normally a problem as I hardly ever watch television so most of it means nothing to me, but there is one programme that we watch. The final series is being filmed at present & on Wednesday an email came through for me to look at to do with that programme. I now know several things about it that I wished I didn't.

I watched "Troy: Fall of a city" on TV which while it very much followed the story of " The Illiad " ( how could you not follow such a great story ) I thought the script and therefore the acting appalling.

I am currently listening to a free to download audio of The Koran. Essential reading/listening these days. But hardly good preparation for the new season.
