Could be a really good option in our back row, some good size to him as well at 6'2 and 110 kg. smiling smiley

Under the radar!

Don't know much about him but that extra backrower we've all been crying out for. I imagine he'll be powerful with good hands. Is he an 8?

Looks like he is a number 8, according to ultimate rugby, and a few other sites. Played most of the season there for Aurillac.

Hopefully a great signing assuming he gets a work permit

We have been lacking a strong ball carrier in the back row for some time perhaps Nagusa can fill that gap, his time with the Fiji 7 a side team suggests he has good hands and quick.

Havenít heard of Nagusa before but his CV suggest a good signing. A friend of Niki perhaps?
Hopefully the first of a few new additions to be announced

Interesting signing I thought Deano was going for all EQP this off season. Heís an international and we do need a mobile number 8.

Letís hope for a few more coming in. A new tighthead and a further centre and I think we will be done.

Could be a masterstroke. Big, powerful, quick, good hands. Similar to Goneva as he started playing professionally later on.

A couple of props, centre and full back still left to do in my opinion.

Well he's very much under the radar, but could be yet another of Deans little corkers.

I imagine Mr Goneva has been giving some advice...

It was needed having lost Latu and Hoggy ...two classy backrowers / 8's.

Hopefully he will share the duty with the bigger more direct Burrows and give us some nice options horses for courses.

Id like to see all the signings anounced very soon, so they're all in early and can take part in the full pre season and be firing for the start...

How I'd love to get a glimpse of Deano's contacts book. He must gave a global network of scouts.

An intriguing signing, although the Falcons' record with Pacific Island forwards is rather mixed.

The last one was pretty special though!

I agree completely with the need for prop, centre and full back.
Maybe Tom Arscott has been signed as fullback. He seems to have played there a lot.

the current Bristol Director of Rugby / Head coach was pretty special as well

as was the moveable feast of the winger / flanker option we had

Question is - who do you drop. I thought welch had a good season but 6 Wilson 7 Graham 8 Nagusa would give us so much pace and power. How about

Lockwood
Cooper
Welsh
Green
Cavubati
Wilson
Graham
Nagusa
Takelua
Flood
Matevasi
Williams
Sinoti
Goneva
Arscott

Mulipola
McGuigan
Wilson
Witty
Welch
Young
Hodgson
Tait

Lam (the first time round) and Latu have been much the best. Epi was very hit and miss and probably best as an impact substitute.

Would've thought he'd be more of a "finisher" when defences are a bit more disjointed.

Don't think a new signing from the French D2 comes straight in and displaces the skipper.

Gary Graham from the Championship another success from lower leagues.

And? Did he displace the skipper as soon as he arrived?

Its all about strength in depth and horses for courses.

Dean probably has his first choice in his head but you wont actually see that a huge amount as he'll manage the squad and players as masterfully as we know he does.
