Huge shame but getting regular game time will help him grow into a class player, hopefully see him back at the Falcons in the not so distant future

He would always struggle to get past these guys this year, but 20 is still young enough to improve, however it does look as if we have young locks rather than old guys and these guys may well be in situ for a long while yet.

Lock-
Tevita Cavubati age 31 years
Calum Green age 28 years
Andrew Davidson age 21
Will Witty age 23 years
Sean Robinson age 27 years
Glen Young age 24 years
Will Montgomery (A) age 18 years

Shame he feels he has to go but good luck to the lad.

So it's the green, green grass of Ealing, not Wales?

Yes strange as I read Wales due to being Welsh qualified
Should get decent game time down there
Ealing making a real push this season on the back of last years progress

Geez is Calum Green only 28! Feels like he's been one of our stalwarts for years! He should be here for a good number of years yet then.

I also thought Robinson was a little young than that, but ah he's still young as locks go.

We have a very good stable of locks. Andrew Davidson played quite well on Saturday getting on the scoresheet...and Glen Young did aswell.

Who needs wingers when you locks are scoring for fun!

Should have kept Olmstead for that then

In Evans new clubs (Auckland) introduction to their new signings they have him down as playing at 6 which if I remember correctly is the position Evan prefers.
