Great timing that the site goes off just before the season starts

It happens nearly every year, and unfortunately I was away so couldn't do anything about it. Thanks to Aidan for getting the site up & running again.

Sportnetwork really do need to have a good long think about the way these sites are managed. To zap the rugby sites on the first day of the season when people have had a) nothing to write about for months, b) been allowed not to update the sites for weeks, and c) may still be on holiday or trying to catch up after being away is downright stupid.

Personally I am fed up with it all, and I know many others are too. Harlequins have gone off to a new site, Gloucester have never really joined Sportnetwork at all, and there are so many irritations I suspect that others will follow. Hardly any of the top football clubs are covered these days, it is all going down the tubes & needs to be made more user-friendly or eventually people will vote with their apathy.
