NOTICE is hereby given of the GENERAL MEETING terminating the 149th season and the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING inaugurating the 150th season.
21st September 2016 at 7.30pm, to be held at the clubhouse, Twyford Avenue, W3 9QA.

Part VIII NOTICES
1. Subscriptions are due for payment. Online subscription payment has been active since August 2016 on the Club Website: www.waspsfc.co.uk – follow the on-screen menus and instructions. Cash or credit card at the club bar. Applications for concessions to relevant section heads.Cheques to Wasps FC, Twyford Avenue, Acton, London W3 9QA.
2. International Tickets: Paid-up, voting members of the Club are invited to make applications for inclusion in the International Ticket lottery and should contact Andrew Richmond for details at 33 Rochester Drive, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 1DA (Tel. 020 8866 8044) or adr400@hotmail.com
3. Functions: The clubhouse and its dining halls are available to members for private hire, functions, anniversaries, birthdays etc. The clubs sports and other facilities are available for private hire.

Part IX WASPS RFC.

Wasps RFC (London Wasps) have moved definitively to the Ricoh Stadium in Coventry. Derek Richardson (Wasps RFC) and the Committee will present their vision of the future relationship between Wasps FC and Wasps RFC. Points will include :-

• Financial and technical support to help establish Wasps FC Ladies in the proposed new RFU ladies premiership structure
• Ticketing, Hospitality and match-day advantages for FC members at the Ricoh stadium
• Professional player appearances at Wasps FC
• Creation of a new class of share
• Study of a legacy fund to provide support for a Wasps FC academy for talented young sportspeople
• Concessionary pathway status with the RFU to allow identified Wasps FC junior players to join Wasps RFC’s academy.
• Match day stadium use for Mini sections of Wasps FC.

Part X NEW LICENSEES AT TWYFORD AVENUE

From 1st September 2016, new licenses and tenancies have been granted to Fulham Prep School, Twyford School, Weatherby School, “The Running School”, and EDH Physiotherapy Ltd. The license income replaces the income previously received by Wasps RFC.

Part XI CHRISTMAS DINNER.

A special 150th Christmas dinner will be held in the new dining hall at the club on the evening of 10th December 2016. Tickets will be on sale from September.

Part XII SESQUICENTENARY DINNER

The clubs 150th Dinner will be held at the Savoy Hotel on 16th February 2017, Places are limited. Interested parties should contact David Law on law.daj@gmail.com

Part XIII ANY OTHER BUSINESS

There will be drinks and sandwiches served at the bar afterwards. All are encouraged to come.
