Maybe i relayed it wrong...I know the prop position takes a while to learn, my point was he can't scrummage now, regardless of if he's 22 or not...and will we bench him until he learns...a good 5 years.

At the moment he is light years away from the likes of Beech and Marler can scrummage now, so will be decent props in their years.

Either way i agree a prop is required.

PDS.. I can name a plethora of props that were Intl class in their early to mid 20's mate...Majati, Leonard, Hayman, ...the list is too big for this box i'm typing in.

While they may better better with age to say you have to be 30+ to be a decent prop is utter pants....you either have it or you don't, regardless of age...and that is meant as a broad statement without context to any wasps players
