Hello from Antigua!

Well a very very good hello to all my fellow Waspies from Antigua! I apologise for the lateness of my post, and for the first time since we started 'morning all' I missed contributing. However thanks to room wifi I have now caught up with all the posts and today's game! [:wor kid:]

I have to admit Sarries today showed us exactly what we have to do to be champions, they were more clinical, played the ref better and were far more streetwise. They have at least 3 seasons extra of being there or there abouts in regards to tilting for championships, and that collective knowledge and experience told today. They implemented their game plan, stunted ours and fully deeerved the TBP win.

Whilst losing hurts, we have shown that we are a real threat, and that we have now come so far that we are disappointed at losing to the double champions. They are the hurdle we need to overcome and with our club, team, coaches, owners, management and supporters I believe we have every chance of doing it, patience, continued growth and experience is the key.

I still feel positive, and that is not down to the cocktails here.

I look forward to being back on track and posting with you all next weekend when we return just in time for our European adventure to begin!

Chris

Not jealous. Really.
Part of becoming a top team is to learn and move on. Enjoy the cocktails.

Bit excessive Wombles but amazing intelligent foresight to avoid the Sarries debacle by heading off to the West Indies. Have a great time mate
