Brief but interesting read.

Canít quite tell which way things will fall on the Daly front based on his comments. Heís phrased it very well. At least this should all draw to a close this week!

Interesting that 6 or so clubs can now throw around some inflated salaries to tempt players. I do however, trust Dai in that whoever we do lose, will be replaced effectively.

Agreed. I personally think Dai pulled on the heart strings and gave him an offer to think about on his week off.

One thing is for sure, weíll spend up to the cap next season so weíll either have a much bigger squad and/ or have some quality replacements coming!

Fair play to Dai for coming out and in one brief interview partially addressing many questions that are floating around.

Yes itís savvy PR and didnít really say. I hope but equally he didnít have to do it.

It is interviews like this that can be easily underestimated in regards to their importance, yet it would be folly to dismiss such prose and insight such as this placed in print. It is important that as fans we feel connected with not only our club, but our players and coaches, and Dais interview lets us step behind the curtain to begin to understand the work and thought processes going on. It is this insight, this confession, this admission that eases worries and apprehensions as we can see what challenges are being faced and lie ahead, yet equally it fortifies the mind as it removes conjecture and allows us all to understand the circumstances. Provide information and reduce speculation.

Well done Dai for taking the time to do this!!! It is important!

The fact it says JCW was linked to Sale suggests this is slightly old news, an interview done on Sunday but just released today
