There's hope yet - don't panic

Well today Bristol did the business on the Estate agents - well done you people.
And Wuss and Cherries pegged back Sale and Bath to help our push in mid table for top 6 (4?).
Take the courage of Bristol and lets do it tomorrow at Sandy Park

Yes, tight and surprising win. But Saracens werenít at full strength.
I note that George got a conversion! Why was he kicking?!
I fear Exe will stick 40+ on us.

It wasn't a weak sarries side, and the bench was very strong. Well done Bristol.

Exeter will roll over any side that isn't very organised and defensively strong.

Sorry Tom.. being realistic!

Goode (co-capt); Maitland, Bosch, Tompkins, Lewington; Malins, Whiteley; Barrington, Tolofua, Lamositele, Isiekwe, Skelton, Clark, Rhodes, Wray (co-capt).

Weaker side. Bench had some stronger players.
George, Adams-Hale, Koch, Itoje, Earl, B Vunipola, Spencer, Lozowski.

The bench had 6 Internationals [all Tier 1] and 3 British Lions. The half-backs would be the only weakness in the starting 15.

Back doc, shall I list who was missing from the squad?

Bris had scratch side out too. 9 "starters" out injured to be fair. Great win for Briss

"Back doc, shall I list who was missing from the squad?"

I spent 10 years working with Sarries and am regularly a guest at their home games.

Go and patronise someone else.

I wouldn't have said that is something to boast about.

Trying to be impartial I would say that there is currently no such thing as a weak Sarries side. Just because some players are missing it does not make it a weak side. Sarries have amazing strength in depth. Cue a discussion on the salary cap.........

Sorry guys I hate to be negative but I fear we're going to get absolutely spanked unless we can really pull together

Not great that Saints picked up a win today.
Also with Leicester, Worcester and Bristol all winning we’re looking over our shoulder again, especially if we get nothing from the next two games...
Really heats up the race for 6 however. Realistically a team could be in the hunt for 6th with 2 rounds to go and end up second from bottom

Bottom line is that it will take a miracle from Falcons and for us to totally implode if we are to be relegated. I honestly cannot see that happening.

What today did illustrate is how much difference a player of DC's calibre can make to a side.

Charming. Sounds like their arrogance has rubbed of on you.
I would have thought any squad missing Farrell, Wiggleworth, Mako V, Kruis, Williams, Ashton, etc was weaker, but what do I know.
A weaker Saracen side is still a good match for most teams anyway.

Rational assessment based on the laws of probability!
