What's the max capacity for the event, Waltham ?

If we could organise a 'W' for the match that would be handy too

Well done LISC for the idea of having this years Party straight after a match. Tickets and room booked for Oakley and I. Looking forward to it already. Now all we need to do is get our tent pitch booked for Fat Blokes! http://www.anchoredbygrace.com/smileys/party.gif

Tickets are Ł15 each for LISC members or Ł25 for non-members - full details on the link on the first post. We have set the pricing to encourage maximum attendance at will be a good night out.

and as the meal alone is actually costing LISC more than Ł15 per head - then it's a pretty big subsidy!

Great news on the bookings. Was wondering if some families have been put off by the age restriction so I have sought clarification on under 14 attendance.

It seems that the reason for saying no under 14s was because if they were allowed they would have to leave by 8.30 or be turned into pumpkins.

I had missed this bit of small print when I booked so rather than tie mini-monk to the railings outside with a bowl of water and a bonio, Mrs Monk has volunteered to leave early with him. She has offered to babysit one or two others if that helps (pick them up from our place afterwards).

This would be a private arrangement and nothing to do with LISC on account of elf and save tea.

PM if you are interested

That's child cruelty.

Everyone knows they should sit on the wall outside with a bottle of fizzy orange & a packet of crisps.

I was brought up the Spanish way. Give the kids wine and they will fall sleep and not bother the grown ups. Thanks to Mad Monk and Ariane for the childminding and the free bed.

I hear news from the other side of the Irish sea that we may even have Cailin ur and Leinster/Irish fan coming over for the party too! http://www.mysmiley.net/imgs/smile/party/party0018.gif

Hi Marie - yes I did reply - No probs I have a ticket with your name on it (Sm150). Easiest from our point of view is if you can order via the on-line shop...If that's a problem, I'll put in the cash and you can sort it out when you get here.
