Re: Promotion from the Championship?

Nottingham failed the audit last year due to the ratio of basins to toilets falling below the minimum requirement. Seriously. When Rotherham were refused promotion in 2002 it was allegedly due to a shortfall in the toilets per player ratio in the changing rooms, and one of the criteria which was strictly measured at Exeter two years ago was the minimum 80cm spacing of the urinals.
Rotherham have been in negotiations to move into the now unoccupied football ground, which is where they played when they were last in the Premiership in 2003-04, but as I understand they've been unable to agree terms. I believe they are also looking at Don Valley stadium in Sheffield, but have a feeling that this could be where the football club is currently based.
Pirates had agreed a short-term deal with Plymouth Argyle to play at Home Park while the Stadium for Cornwall was being completed in the event of winning promotion this season, but as building work for the S4C has been delayed by twelve months they've accepted that they cannot come up this year. The Plymouth deal was only ever going to be a temporary arrangement, partly because of the potential impact on Plymouth Albion.
