Mate. These days there are very few people who have not suffered in some way from a mental health issues.... Me included! I don't normally try to advise people but yesterday on my way to the game I was listening to Newstalk and they had a guy on there who really knew what he was talking about. He said that nearly all anxiety and depression are caused by two things. Regretting the past and worrying about the future so, hard as it might be, just live in the day.
Good luck..... We all need a bit of that too!!!!
Ozzy3213, I don't know you and I very rarely post on this forum these days, however having read your blog I thought I'd have to say how "Ballsy" it is to write about the Big Dog. I wrote (& am still writing) a blog about my own fight with illness last year and found it amazingly cathartic to write words down that perhaps I couldn't say out loud. Keep it up and good luck.
Good stuff Ozzy! As for PANS...At least he got the day right! As for forgetting his hat, the time he came to Chiefs with me, he tried and almost succeeded in losing his ticket three times, and left his Irish Cap in my boot when got back late that evening. There's only one PANS!
Yeah I heard that this morning Shawshank, along with the fact that they have no had to hire a private security firm as their addresses and pictures were published on the internet and they've been receiving death threats. Seriously, death threats over announcing the wrong winner at a back slapping ceremony!
