Play off final - mystery

Does anyone have fixture details for the Playoff final - no information on Rfu.com or LI.com.

I know this may have been posted before, but the forum search doesn't work.

Thanks

Jonny

In Saturdays programme it stated that the home final leg will be played on 24th May at 19.45pm.
As we finished top I assumed this is second leg and that away 1st leg will be on Wednesday 17th May.
This is similar dates/days to last year finals involving Bristol

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, there is a semi final to negotiate first!

We don't even know who is playing it.

PANS - Jonny C asked for dates of play off final.
Of course we don't know who will be contesting it but it good to know the dates and the club have pencilled in the date and time ( if we are involved)
Surely this is helpful as it is midweek and we will want a bumper crowd?

Why the flipping heck are the playoff final matches not scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday?

I'm looking forward to the Wednesday night games. Not had enough night time games at home in recent years and I've certainly never been to one

LI til I die - unfortunately our record in home evening matches is pretty dire.

Scarlets beat us a couple of times, as did Bourgoin.

Can only remember a mid-week evening win against Bath many, many years ago when Balshaw played 10 for Bath...(Sm6)

I read that Rob Baxter back a few years ago got his Exeter players to train in the evenings between 8-10pm in the lead-up to their wins over Bristol, to replicate the body-clock rhythm's necessary to be match-sharp.

Another way in which Mr Baxter is a deeply impressive bloke.

I remember Irish playing Brizzle one Tuesday evening early in the Madejski era.

Very small crowd, can't recall the result.

Remember going down to see Bris against Transvaal as they were on a midweek evening. Beers on train - proper evening out

One evening game that sticks in the mind was when we could barely see see the near touchline from the East, let alone the match itself. I think there was some Rugby out there, anyway!

Gloucester? Not that we could tell through the pea soup! Or did I dream we played them in an evening have.

So they fit in with Sky's schedule...

Remember a Wednesday game against Sales about 8 years ago. It was decided to shorten the season slightly to allow for the world cup so a midweek game was squeezed in

They were top at the time and we beat them with a BP
