There's a very interesting video on YouTube. I do find that the earlier scrums (ie pre 2000) had a nice simple structure to them, and had none of the choreography and constant resets of late.

Ah, the good old days when I used to love being a Prop as I could lean against things & have a breather, having worked out where the next breakdown would be and ambled slowly over to the spot and waited for it
