Tickets for tomorrow not arrived

I bought 2 tickets for tomorrow's match last Saturday and foolishly asked for them to be posted rather than pick them up on the day. They haven't arrived in the post and the Doncaster ticket office isn't open today.
Do you think if I turn up at the ticket office with a copy of the email and my credit card. They will issue replacement tickets?
If not, do you think it will be sold out? It's a long way to go if we can't get in!

I advise getting there early as I have been to this ground probably six times to watch Carnegie and I have never seen more than 2 ticket windows open.

Yes, the tickets were waiting for us at the ticket office. I could have asked for a refund of the 1 that they charged for postage but it seemed a bit churlish when everyone at Castle Park was so welcoming.
