We look to be about average in this area.

Which seems to confirm that our position adrift in the AP table is due to the inability of the attack to fire effectively - both in our attacking backs play and our forwards play close to the try line.

Yep think it proves that one on one tackles are not the problem but it's our structure that's letting us down. We defend far to narrow so the opposition have great joy in the wider spaces

The main reason we are where we are is because we've conceded 23 tries off 1st phase moves, quite often without a hand being laid on the opposition. If we're not within yards of the runners, I'm not sure they even count as missed tackles
