Congratulations Irish Rugby on running a disciplined campaign and winning the 6N Championship.
The grand-slam finale should be a belter too!

They did what they had to to win it, but it wonít get them to a WC final.
Their play is too attritional and phase play orientated. I remember being at the millennium stadium for the Argentina game and they were exhausted, the France game had taken everything out of them. JS needs to work on a way to utilise the possession by putting scores on teams earlier. World cups are a different beast to six nations, WC are almost 7ís esque in the way you need to score quicker and reserve as much energy as possible. Thereís still time but we need to see better executed back play if they want to kick on.

I think, Rugby on the whole, when played at the highest standards against the best teams is always energy sapping, the difference between this Ireland team along with the Welsh to a certain extent, is the strength of depth that has been developed over the past two seasons, apart from at fly half there is quality back up in all positions of the Ireland squad.
I think that Ireland have a good chance of winning the world cup,
