Where was caimh today ? In my opinion the announcer was no where near as good and charismatic! Also when you have a fan sitting very near and talking absolute c*** all game, when is it acceptable to say something ??

If you mean the 2 idiots in G7 row F, yes they were annoying for the whole game, the people sitting next to them should have said something.

New guy I think was Simon Ward, occasional SKY/ITV commentator.

I thought he was fine, and also pronounced the players names correctly.

If it’s intense chatshoite, best to nip it in the bud in a jocular fashion early doors.

I would normally avoid having a word if they are not next to you, only if they are being abusive to anyone or swearing.
If you don't agree you can tell them why you don't agree, they may learn something or you might find out you're wrong.
Don't get me wrong every case is different but it always happens at a couple of games in the season.
