How is the premiership season being changed this year to accomadate the world cup is the kickoff later and how many prem games will be affected by it? Because with the influx of new signings only PJ, Rona and possible naholo won't be going so how many games of the season will our squad look more like the championship one than the prem one

This was announced last October:

From 2019/20, the Premiership will start at least one week later in September for the next three seasons, with the final taking place over the last two weeks of June before the summer tests kick-off in July - the one exception being next year when four rounds of Premiership Rugby Cup are played alongside the Rugby World Cup before the league begins on 20 October.

I'd somehow missed that news. That doesn't completely solve the problem, but does make it easier.

And essentially, even though other teams will also be missing a swathe of first-teamers, gives us a longer pre-season to get back up to speed in game action, as I'd wager the Premiership Cup is very very low on our list of priorities. Can treat them as preparation for the league.
