Another srum half from Marlow Rugby Club to add to the list of fine 9's the club has produced.

Henry Taylor, who has played at Marlow since he was 11 has signed for London Harlequins for the 2012/13 season. Henry will finish his schooling this year, before becoming a full time rugby player in June.

Henry has also represented England Clubs and Schools as well as Bucks County and South West England.

We wish him all the best, and look forward to seeing his career develop over the next few years. It is safe to say that the current Marlow Colts side, will be keeping a keen eye on srum half position at Quins, and cant see Danny Care causing him too many problems.

I did notice that Cranbrook RFC's website also indicates that Harry Sloan has signed a full time contract.

Given Jordan Burns recent performance with the England U18s, it seems likely that all three current U18 EPDG players will be promoted to the Senior Academy for next season.

Thanks for this Prof in fact this is one of my gripes which shall bring up tomorrow - why can't STH be told about academy signings this can't be top secret? We are just lucky that so many people have the time on CAW to look through sites.

I saw Henry Taylor play in a junior game some 2-3 years ago. He was the standout player on the pitch - has a tackle that could stop a tank and has a real turn of speed. Great signing.
