I know that this is not a particularly new rant for anyone, but is it me or has the CS Team gone dramatically down hill in the past 12 years?
Obviously the "restructuring" and losing Jon was a big loss, but it seems like they simply don't know what they're doing anymore.
We've renewed our season tickets online, but my Mother spoke to them about membership & they've told her it needs to be done over the phone.
Now, she's had reminder letters for the entire family to remind us to renew our membership.
Have they forgotten that the number 1 rule of sales should be to make it as easy as possible at point of use for the customer to spend money?
Feels like they're messing us around a little bit if I'm honest.
