Did anyone watch the first leg last night? I didn't see it, but a few ex Quins playing. Sounds like Casson did well to set up one of Yorks' tries. Greenwood on twitter saying the ref bottled at least two yellow cards against Irish

I forgot it was on, to be honest. Given that the NotNots now have a 10 point lead with the Home leg to play, they're the firm favourites to come up. A shame really, as it would've been nice to see Leeds (Yorkshire) back up after a long absence...

Good game - Irish power won it in the second half and YC looked useful when they got the ball wide. Casson and Stegmann were playing for Yorkshire - Casson did indeed set up a great try. Our other old boys playing for Irish - Goatman came on second half and helped bring the power! Tiks flattened the YC wing with a swinging arm that deserved a red and YC got a pen only. Another body check by an Irish player in pursuit of a kick ahead by YC also was pen only. Too far out to be a penalty try but you've seen yellows for less! YC have some grounds for arguing JP missed those two.

JJQuin, The swinging arm did look pretty reckless, I was surprised JP didn't look at it again.
