When it seems you've gone round in a circle on the automated system, do not hang up. The second time you hear the same message you are actually close to getting a human being answer the phone.
If you're a STH (Member) then it is *always* better to call the club when it comes to BG tickets. Today I called up, and got through to the commercial side of the club (they were fielding the overflow calls). The lady took my details & promised I would get a call back. About 2 hours later, I got the call, and I was able to specify the exact seat. Best thing to do is be prepared by looking at a Ticketmaster seat map for TW (I used the BaaBaas vs NZ game as my guide). You can zoom in on that, & decide where you'd like to sit. When you talk to the ticket office, they're usually very good at trying to meet the requests, and can also offer alternatives where they can't.
