Many thanks to Poorfour for his excellent analysis. Apologies if I messed up either of the tables, there's not much width on the front page due to the advertising!
The thing that strikes me this year is that Quins have a pretty easy run in compared to recent years, plus a lot of our tougher games are after the International windows. We can afford a fairly slow start to the season as long as we are firing on all cylinders from February onwards - watch those post Christmas injury lists!
OK - I made it a sticky but it's also available on the left hand side of the desktop version under "reports" - I need to reorganise this website/stickies at some point!
Well, we really needed to be on 39 points to make 6th place, according to the roadmap. Instead we're on 32, suggesting we're two wins off where we need to be to even make 6th.
If we don't beat Bath next week, then we're 1 point short of the 33 we need to get 11th place!
A few weeks back we were still on course for 4th, but now 6th will require a huge change in our performance because we need at least 2 unexpected wins out of what's left of our season.
