I know I know that it is ridiculous.....but even watching him watching a game annoys me, you watch Baxter...he is constantly talking. advising, tweaking....camera ever cuts to JK he is slumped forward looking clueless!!.....and don't get me started on his post match interviews!!!!

Any chance we can stick to one JK out thread? I mean its charming that you like repeating yourself but in the absence of any new opinions or changing facts....

I think 3 seasons is a fair number to give a DOR. Let's reconvene in May 2019.

Talking of which, did anyone ever hear about the results of the review into all the injuries last season that JK was having done?

A very good question!

The Tigers and Saints games have been close where Quins could have won but it was them who scored towards the end and not Quins. Its all pretty close at the moment, fine margains and all that. We need to give JK up to the end of December and see how we are. Have our new signings stepped in and been good enough for cover when our internationals werent available? We'll see.

QK, I hope think you'll find that it is more than possible to lose the title at this stage.
We are already 9 points behind the leaders and given our results recently, it won't be too long before we are way, way behind.

Well - if you review something - and at the same time tell people that it's very important - surely you expect lessons to be learnt / improvement to be made?

So all a coach has to do to be more competent is talk frequently into a walkie-talkie and be good in front of a camera?

Oh so happy there's another one of these threads
How about, " Here's the answer" thread
Would love to know how the " experts " would fix the problems?
and maybe identifying what exactly is so wrong, not just we've lost! He must go! Etc
Did anyone actually expect us to win yesterday with 20 odd players missing?
Was our performance really that bad?

Is there a Young out thread on the Wasps site because I would say that their position is a lot worse than ours considering last season.

Didn't somebody say Exeter lost about 8 games in a row at the start of last year?

Why should Kingston stay? What are his positives?

Suggested solution.Bring a new CEO who is a rugby man and let him decide whether JK is the right man to take us forward.

The very last thing we need is a CEO with any romance about rugby - we need a profitable business.

Why should a CEO or DOR need any rugby knowledge to be appointed - and kept on - at Quins?

I do think it's ok to voice concern and frustration before we are mathematically out of the hunt for the Premiership and/or Champions Cup.
Fiddling while Rome burns and all that. There is a balance.
But I similarly don't think the last 2 results are worthy of an apocalyptic response, albeit we seem to keep making the same mistakes over and over. The Irish result still rankles, but there has been a lot to like since even if we are now W2 L3.

Not sure Lamb's 9 mins were anything to write home about. But fair play to White - didn't realise he'd come on as early as he did, although White only managed one tackle.
But it proves the Ben Glynn at 6 experiment needs to be ended.
Also worrying that Clifford missed 5 tackles in the game. It's becoming a bit of a trend.

Ok so one sloppy tackle negates the rest of his efforts

I've only seen the highlights, but saw couple of great carries from Lambert, then a fairly weak effort (along with a few others) to stop North's try. What the highlights didn't show was scrums, so can't comment on that.

Quins are basically like Arsenal. They once were but still think they are a big club but are in decline.

At the moment I would guess that sponsorship and TV money would account for most of the revenue for the womens game rather than bodies through the gate (although that would need to improve). In terms of the leagues (cricket, football and rugby) rugby is very much a new competition (the first season is only 3 games old!!). I am not even sure that quins charge to attend games at SSP. Not being involved at Quins (So I am guessing here) that the club are looking to get in on the action from the outset, in the hope/expectation that the womens game will only get stronger/bigger.

According to [rugby.statbunker.com]
(which was the first website I found from a quick google), the average attendance across the Womens Six Nations 2016 was 3,290. I struggle to see how that is viable.
I would very much like to know the average attendance for a Quins' Ladies games.

Sponsorship and TV money account for most the revenue for the men's game too to be fair.
The RFU gave a big chunk of money to help set up the new league, so not sure what the financial burden is on the clubs. I'm pretty sure that the players are still amateur, just benefitting from a more professional set up. Am I right in thinking that? (other than the contracted England players). So other than Quins plugging it via social media, not sure if there's that much cost to Quins at the moment, so I guess it's win/win for the club until they have to start paying the players. Could be completely wrong, but that was my understanding from various different things I've read.
In terms of the numbers watching the stream, is there any way of telling how many watched the whole game? I watched for a bit but then stopped (as I had something else to do, not due to the quality). Not making any point, just wondered if there's a way of telling?
