O/T France v NZ

I have noticed that France are playing NZ twice in the autumn series - on Saturday 11th, then on Tuesday 14th. NZ then go on to play Scotland on the 18th.

Does anyone have any idea how either NZ or France are going to manage their teams for this? Are NZ bringing a huge squad, or are they going to use the NZ Maori squad, who also play in France on the 10th?

The second match is listed as NZ v France XV on the AB's fixture list.

Presumably the ABs are bringing a large squad.

The amount of money they demand to show up suggests they can afford the air fares.

We know about home union takes all (the gate receipts) for a regular test, but is it so that with these "exhibition" matches -- Barbarians at Twickenham or Ireland across the Atlantic -- the Kiwis strike a deal that makes them a lot more money? My assumption is that in these cases the two sides agree to hire the venue and share the proceeds. Is that right? Anyone any idea what the split is?

Teams demand an upfront fee when playing away outside of the international window. The all blacks allegedly charge 1.5 million but were demanding 3 million to play England this autumn. The RFU refused and thats why we arent getting a first vs second game until next year.
