Smith injured

Quote:
BBC
Harlequins fly-half Marcus Smith is on his way home after injuring a foot.
Smith is returning to London for further assessment, while Wasps second-row Joe Launchbury has taken a knock to the knee and is also a doubt for the match.

Just what we need.

Apparently his is the most serious of the knocks. May and launch out of the first test, so if his is the worst looks like he might be out for a while...

Not good news, Hopefully he will be OK when we need him back in a couple of weeks.

He could do with a good rest. Lets see Lang have a run out (although I think he may end up at 12 with swiel at 10 this week)

Sprained his ankle kicking the ground. Surely difficult to do too much damage?

They probably want to do x-rays to make sure, its quite easy to break a metatarsal and not even know you've done it.

Even pulling/straining a ligament in your foot can be very painful & even make it hard to walk, as I know from experience.
