We came second in the Southern group. If you go to the Prem website (A league section) it gives the next round of fixtures. We are in a five team group with Sarries, Exeter, Gloucs and Bath. Top two go through to the semis.

Point of Order. How can you replay a game that never happened?

Rodders you p-lonker!

Do I read the article correctly? We must expect a ú10k fine for failing to play the fixture.

Bargain.

I think the fine is for Bath and is suspended until the end of the season.

It was unclear to me whether this would by extension also mean that we face the same fine.

They couldn't put a team out, why would we be fined? And why don't we get a 5 point win?

That puzzled me too. Then I read this: ""As neither side were able to field a team at the time of the postponement..." but as I recall we were (and still are) calling in guests as and when needed? I don't recall us being unable to put out a team.

Bath actually qualify as a result of the 2 pts which is interesting. Moved above Bristol into 5th place.

Not sure Bristol will be that worried, or Bath that pleased given their engagement in the A league, but does seem a little unjust

The confusion is from the Bath Rugby statement, which is the only time our inability to field a team is mentioned.

PRL and the article itself seem quite clear that Bath were fined (suspended) for not being able to put a team out at the time and we have shared the points as neither of us could agree on a suitable alternative date.

That would make more sense but still seems a little unfair IMO.
