Who's renewing?

This is the first time I have questioned whether i want to renew or not in a number of years being a season ticket holder (sorry, member). The brand of rugby and results in the last 2 seasons have been pretty awful and the recruitment has been uninspired, but I don't know what i would do on a Saturday without going to the Stoop!

It can't get any worse, right??

Quins lad. Stuck for something to do on a Sat afternoon? Go and watch some local rugby. If you look around I'm sure you will find a club worth watching! I've been down to mid-kent to watch my old club when Quins have been away and may well do that rather than renew with Quins. For me it is considerably cheaper than driving round M25 to watch some turgid rugby!

I've renewed this week. It's so frustrating seeing other teams around us developing, this day last year we beat falcons 53-17. However I can't bring myself not to come along and support the team so getting ready for the roller coaster that next years likely to be.

New baby and the rewarding of poor performance alongside the continuous BS and comfortable old boys network at the club is making me seriously consider not renewing...

The garbage on the pitch isn’t the only reason... but it’s near the top of the list.. but it’s a no from me.

Three more renewals coming - just not right now - I do dislike the recent trend for earlier and earlier renewal. Why renew? Blind faith!

Not me. After 13 years as a ST I cannot bear to watch the rubbish that is served up most weeks.

I was definitely going to renew.
I was however unsure about whether or not to renew for the whole family as one of our members has now no longer a junior and there is therefore a fairly large price hike from a family ticket.
But, on Saturday we went to watch Richmond play at home and going to watch a game on weekend is such a nice family day out, that it makes the decision to renew easy. I will therefore be renewing all of our memberships.
I am also excited at the deal with the NZRU and the possibility of seeing some players from NZ spending time at the Stoop. I really don't want to miss out on this next year if it is an option.

Sorry to hear that QuinsLad. I will definitely be renewing. I shall be looking forward to watching our top 3 summer signings finally playing in the same team for Quins! (Catrakilis, Bothma and Saili)

I'll be renewing too, will be 3rd season as a ST holder. Just going to hope we steadily improve.

Agree with Quin Meister, look forward to (hopefully) seeing all 3 of those in the same starting lineup.

Already done automatically with direct debit, players and coaches come and go but Harlequins will always be Harlequins.

I'm afraid not. Been a member since the relegation year but just can't bear it any longer - it's not just the team performance, the renewal of the managment contracts but also the "match day experience" and slow erosion of any feeling of it being a club.

Definitely renewing as next season could be the one.....again and it's only a couple of hundred quid. For me anyway, can't speak for all you wealthier people.

Just renewed for my 20th season. Do I get a prize or a discount?
No I get asked to pay 100 more than the correct price for the 2nd year running!
I am abroad for 4 months and tried to renew on line. Not possible so I sent an email saying that as Kingston was going and possibly others, then I would renew.
2 phone calls and 3 emails followed in quick succession from the Ticket Office.
They must be desperate.

Strange that, when I renewed last year (Premier) there was no increase in price and this year the renewal price increased by about 10.

I was going to renew anyway, and I know we got emailed about direct debit customers being signed up automatically (which I don't mind overmuch). Double checked today to find that the ticket site has my renewal date at 8th March, three weeks before the email telling me I would be automatically renewed!

Dreadful behaviour

(Can't do waggly eyebrows face on phone... So the last comment is tongue in cheek; in case there was doubt)
